By way of education I am an engineer and Information Scientist and have both a Systems Engineer and Training certifications. I like to get the most out of my PCs, HDTVs, and audio devices and have enjoyed helping others do the same for more than 15 years. The purpose of this site and blog is to list information and resources that I find helpful.

I offer the following services on a fee basis:

- Configuration and electronic setup of PC, HDTV, or other devices (printers, network, audio, etc.)
- Troubleshooting of problems with PCs, PC equipment, WIFI/networking
- Security configuration of PCs and WIFI/networking
- Auditing and reducing power consumption of electronic devices
- Configuring and using MS Office and email programs
- One-on-one training on computer applications or using your devices
My fees are very reasonable when compared to a national chain (~$170 per initial visit) or local computer service companies (~$90 per initial visit). You will not be charged a fee for the initial visit if I determine your needs are out of scope with what I do. I will gladly provide references of recent work.
